6 IMPORTANT WAYS TO DETOX YOUR LYMPH SYSTEM

Most of us are familiar with the lymph nodes located in the armpits and the groin, and we may also be aware that swelling of the nodes is a danger signal, bu the average person might not be aware of the importance of regularly detoxing their lymph system.

We know that most of our body is made up of water. Part of the water is in the bloodstream, but we have way more fluid in the lymphatic system. Our cells are actually bathed in lymph fluid. Oxygen is transported from the blood vessels to nourish the cells via the lymphatic fluid, and then cellular waste like carbon dioxide, lactic acid and metabolites are removed via the lymph fluid.

MOVING AND BREATHING
Our lymph system depends greatly on us moving and breathing. That sounds simple, but unlike our cardiovascular system which has the heart as a built in pump, the lymphatic system is made up of channels with no pump.

When the lymphatic system is flowing freely everything is fine. When it backs up, the body’s ability to build and repair becomes compromised, and the body is in a weakened state to defend against foreign invaders.

When the lymphatic system becomes full of mucoid material, a pressure is created that you can actually feel throughout your body. When you get sick with a fever, as an example, the fever helps the body to thin out the lymph mucoid, allowing it to pass more smoothly through the colon wall. If the colon is impaired and can’t perform it’s job of purifying, the body next relies on the liver to do the work instead.

So, ultimately, it is critical to keep your lymphatic system clean, clear and running smoothly.

6 WAYS TO DETOX YOUR LYMPH SYSTEM

1. Clean up your diet: A healthy diet produces less waste for your lymph system to clean up, reducing your chances of congestion. Avoid processed foods that are high in salt, sugar and preservatives.

2. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of filtered or purified water daily. Your body needs to be well hydrated to keep your lymph system operating properly.

3. Be mindful of your breathing and be sure to deep breathe from your diaphragm to keep your lymph fluids moving.

4.  Exercise. I recommend a mini-trampoline (rebounder) as the best way to detox your lymph. 10-15 minutes a day is all you need to get your lymph flowing.

5. Sweat Out Toxins. I highly recommend the use of an infrared sauna, steam room, or amethyst biomat to remove toxins from your lymph.

6. Do a Proper Juice Cleanse. A properly guided juice fast that eases the burden on your liver and kidneys, to decrease the pressure they place on your spleen, is the most powerful thing you can do for a healthy lymph system. Check out WWW.JUICEFASTGUIDE.COM for a thorough and complete cleanse.
