EASY STRAWBERRY BLACKBERRY RAW CRUMBLE

BERRY FILLING:
1 cup blackberries

1 cup strawberries

1/4 cup maple syrup

pinch of salt

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. pure vanilla or 1 vanilla bean

Pulse in a food processor until desired consistency

TOPPING:

1/4 c pecans

1/4 cup gluten free oats

1/4 c walnuts

pinch of salt

2 dates (soak for about 30 minutes before using to make it smoother)

Mix in food processor until combined and crumbly

Put blackberry filling in a bowl, sprinkle with crumb topping, and serve!
