1 cup hemp seeds
3 cups water
3 medjool dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Blend all of the ingredients together on high speed for 20 seconds. Strain the liquid through a nut milk bag to remove the seed particles. Serve your hemp milk immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
