SPANGO CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Smoothie bowls are the perfect meal any time, but especially in the summer! Here’s today’s creation:

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup frozen mango

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon tocotrienols

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Blended until smooth, topped with cacao nibs, shredded coconut, goji berries and ground flax. Super nutrient-dense lunch!
